In most Arizona companies, social responsibility is an event-focused initiative (around the holidays, for example). At Televerde social responsibility is woven into the very fabric of our culture and is part of the engine that drives our business and motivates us every day.
We place a high value on creating a workforce that will benefit the community, and that value keeps us focused on continual learning, acquiring and developing work skills, mentoring and knowledge transfer.
By performing their respective jobs and carrying out their responsibilities to our clients and our business, each Televerde employee plays a critical contributing role in building a platform from which Arizona women can spring into brighter futures for themselves and their children. Learn more about how our business model helps to accomplish this objective.
Televerde is proud of our partnership with the Arizona Foundation for Women. In 2006, we established the Televerde Endowment for New Scholars (TENS) fund. Charitable donations to this fund can be made directly with the Arizona Foundation for Women and are allocated toward the advancement of education of women overcoming past obstacles and re–entering the workforce.
View a brief documentary of Televerde produced by the organizers of the “Innovation in Entrepreneurship Award” which is given annually by the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business Spirit of the Enterprise Center. It is presented in recognition of a company’s commitment to ethics, energy and excellence in entrepreneurship. We were the proud recipients in 2008.
